If you pitched a customer but they didn’t buy:

If you’re calling back and they don’t pick up:
If they don’t pick up on the first call, hang up and immediately dial again (just hit the redial button). Industry statistics show that 18% of the time you will get that customer on the phone!
Use texting to close the sale AFTER you’ve established a relationship:
Texting 3 or more purposeful texts after contact can improve your closure rate as much as 328%.
If you are transferring a call from a receptionist to the owner or person is charge say:
“Let me transfer you to Bob, he’s been doing this for 10 years and he is an expert in this field. You can trust Bob to do a great job for you”. This line has shown to increase closure rate by 15-20%.
